Proof the yeast, then add 1 egg mix add sugar, melted butter and water+milk mixture combine well then add the flour mix well (the dough will be very soft and sticky knead allow to rise for 1hr or less or until double in size). When risen deplete the air and divide it into 8 balls.

Take your cone shape (I make mine with hard A4 paper and foil paper), roll one ball straight at a time with your hand and round it on the cone, do the same to the rest of the balls and allow to rise again, wash with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds, bake in pre heated oven for 15-20minutes. After like 10 minutes remove from oven and wash with egg again then take it back to oven.

Let it cool then you remove the cone and add your desired filling. Serve
