Very tasty and regularly made plate in winter. Gluten free healthy millet flour bhakari is the best option in winter. It is also a vegan dish.

In pan take oil on medium flame, once it heated add seeds to give tadka. Add garlic and onion to sauté.

Then jalapeño. Add all the spices and salt.

Mix Besan and water and make watery mixture, remove all lumps and add it in pan. Cook till it’s one mass.

Bhakari: mix flour and salt, add water to make soft dough. Take handfuls dough and tap it on platform by hands to make round.

Roast it from both the side and serve hot with pithal and chutney. Mostly red chilli chutney is poured on pithal to make it more spicy. Thanks
