Ingredients

  1. 300 gmsBhindi
  2. 1/2 teaspoonPanch phoran
  3. 1 tspCoriander powder
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  6. FewGreen chillies ,slit
  7. 1Onion big chopped
  8. 2 teaspoonsMustard Oil
  9. 1 teaspoonroasted cumin seeds
  10. 2dried red chiilies

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat oil well, add panch phoran, add chopped onions saute well, add small diced bhindi, mix well.

    Add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder mix well cook for 15 mins till it gets kurkure. Garnish with roasted cumin and red chilli powder.

    Serve with Chapatis, steam rice etc.
