500 gmsTinda cut into jullienes
1 tspsalt
1/2 tspchat masala
1/2 tspamchoor
1 tspzeera powder
1 tspdhania powder
1 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tsppepper powder
1/4 tspgaram masala powder
1 tsplemon juice
2 tbspoil

In a vessel take the jullienes of Tinda. Add a the masala, salt and oil. Toss well. Cook with a lid on a low flame till the sabzi is tender. Sprinkle lemon juice. Mix well. Enjoy with hot chapati.
