Fried rice with salad and tigernut drink

Ingredients

  1. The rice
  2. 1 cuprice
  3. 4large carrot
  4. 4large green and red pepper
  5. to tasteMaggi n salt
  6. Curry
  7. 1large onion
  8. 1/2 cupgreen beans
  9. Plantain
  10. Irish
  11. Salad with tomatoes
  12. Liver n kidney stew
  13. 10small cube liver n kidney
  14. Onion
  15. Pepper
  16. Tomatoes
  17. Maggi,salt n curry
  18. The drink
  19. 2 cupstigernut
  20. 2small size sweet potato
  21. Sugar or honey
  22. Flavour (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Measure 1 cup of rice, wash n cook half done and parboil it.

    Cut or chop ur onion, carrot, red n green pepper to ur desired shape set a side. Cook ur green beans for 3min n also set aside

    Put ur pan or pot on low heat, put oil,ginger,onion n ur red pepper. Leave it 4 some minutes

    Add little water, put all ur seasonings n start adding ur rice n cover it for atleast 20min on a low flame n add ur green beans

  5. 5

    Add ur green pepper n carrot, cover 4 2min. Ur rice is done

    Cut ur plantain 2 ur desired shape n fry it

  7. 7

    Peel ur Irish n fry it also

    Wash n Cut ur salad(lettuce) n tomatoes set aside

  9. 9

    Cut ur liver n kidney to ur desired shape, cook them n add ur chopped tomatoes, red pepper, onion, maggi, salt n curry and cover it to cook

    For the drink soak ur tigernut 4 d whole night, peel ur sweet potatoes n blend them together. Sieve,add sugar n put in fridge or put ice block inside

    You done with it, here is the final result
