In a bowl mix Jamun mix and water make dough with soft hands keep cover, in another bowl make a mixture of dry fruits.

Make sugar syrup with sugar and water bring it to boil till pak or thick consistency add cardamom powder, Kesar.

Now heat oil in a kadhai make small balls flatten it fill dry fruit mix in the middle cover roll round shape and fry them till golden colour take out and put in sugar syrup (should be warm not too hot) after 20- 25 mins, Jamun will soak syrup and ready to serve.
