Firstly wash and grate Carrot. Set aside

In a big pan boil milk then add carrot & keep boiling.

When half of milk dries add sugar, mix it well.

Keep bhonofy.

When sugar completely dissolved & mix. Add desi ghee & Keep bhonofy.

When Halwa start realising ghee, add cream and half of khoya.

Keep bhonofy until ghee separated.

Before serving add remaining khoya, mix Nuts & Chandi warq (& boil chopped/sliced egg, if u like).

Serve hot.
