Eba and Egusi stew with minced Fish
Remembering our hometown makes it taste more delicious. I just have to choose Eba tonight.. Yummy tho😋

Firstly prepare your Eba. Put your pot on the fire.

Add three cups of water and allow to boil.

After boiling, add 3cups of garri into it and turn.

Soak your melon in an half cup of water.

Place an empty pot on the fire for the stew.

Add palm oil, allow to fry and add locust beans, crayfish and the minced fish with the soaked melon.

Add the grated pepper and onions and allow to simmer for 1mins

Add your seasoning and salt to taste.

Cover and allow to simmer for 2mins.

Add your rinsed ugwu leaf and cover. Allow to cook for 5mins.

Your Egusi stew with minced fish is ready and serve with your ready prepared Eba.
