500 mlfull cream milk
1potato
1 1/4 tbsp sugar
1/4 tspcardamom powder
1 tsp almonds chips

Boil milk reduce almost 100or150 ml

Peel & Great potato

Mix in milk & cook 10mnts
4

Add sugar & cook until thick consistency
5

Add cardamom powder mix well& cool down

Garnish with almonds chips Serve chilled with paneer jalebi or if you want..
