Cooking Instructions
- 1
Brown and crumble ground beef and drian off fat then return back to skillet and add in onions, bell peppers and garlic, and continue to cook for a few minutes
- 2
Add beef mixture into slow cooker and stir in chili seasonings packets, tomato sauces, diced tomatoes, water and beans in a slow cooker and cook on low for about 7 to 8 hours stirring occasionally. I always turn my crockpot on warm the last half hour so it can cool down a litte and thicken up some.
- 3
Serve over spaghetti if desired and top with onions, cheese, sour cream and crackers. Enjoy !

Add celery or chopped green peppers to this recipe if you like these items in your chili. I would suggest sauteing them before adding. Instead of brown sugar, substitute about a quarter cup to a half cup very finely shredded carrots. Artcase -
