Ingredients

  1. 1pkt spaghetti
  2. 1/2 kgminced meat
  3. 2large potatoes
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 1onion
  6. 2 clovesgarlic
  7. Oil
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Green pepper
  10. 1 bunchcoriander
  11. 2beef cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare your ingredients-peel potatoes and divide into desired shape, chop onion, tomatoes,green pepper,garlic and coriander

    In a saucepan heat 3tbs of oil then add the minced meat. Fry till it changes it's colour to brown. Add onions, garlic and continue frying. Use low heat

    When the onions have turned translucent, add the chopped tomatoes and green pepper

    Add salt, this will depend on your preference, then the beef cubes and the potatoes add 2 cups of water

    Simmer for like 10mins untill the sauce reduces by half and the potatoes are well cooked. Add coriander and remove from the fire

    For the spaghetti, put water in a saucepan and bring to a boil then add salt and add 2tbs of oil. After it has boiled, add the spaghetti and boil till soft. Drain excess water and serve with your minced meat.
