1 and 1/2 cup curd
1 cupmashed paneer
1/2mashed boil potato
1 tspginger
1green chilli chopped
to tasteSalt
as per tasteBlack pepper
as requiredBread crumbs

Hung curd overnight.

Mix little bit salt &1/2 cup in curd.

Mix paneer boil potato ginger, black pepper, salt.

Take a small ball of potato mixture.

Stuff hung curd mixture.

Coated with crumbs & keep it in freezer for 10 mnts.

Deep frry & serve with sauce or chutney..
