Steps

Place peaches in a small saucepot. Cover with water and sugar.

Cover. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat but do not remove lid. Let stand 10 minutes.

Strain peaches and place in refrigerator to cool for 10 minutes. Reserve liquid.

Place liquid and plum paste in a food processor and puree until paste is dissolved.

Portion 3 large scoops of frozen yogurt in four seperate serving bowls. Place peaches atop. Ladle as much plum sauce atop as desired.

Garnish with mint.
