4 cupsmashed sweet potatoes; (about 4 medium size)
1 cupsugar
2eggs
1/2 cup2% milk
1/2 tsp.kosher salt
1/3 stickbutter or margarine (melted)
1 tsp.vanilla
1 Tbsp.cinnamon
1/2 tsp.Nutmeg
topping:
1 cupbrown sugar
1/2 cupflour
1/3 cupbutter or margarine (melted)
1 cuppecans

Combined all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well

Pour sweet potato mixture into a buttered pan or foil pan.

Crumble topping evenly over potato mixture. Bake @ 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes uncovered.

Remove from oven; let it cool a little and ready to serve.
