Ingredients

  1. 1 kgcarrot
  2. 500 gmMawa
  3. 100 gmdry fruit
  4. 1/4 tspelachi powder
  5. 1 litreMilk
  6. 100 gmCondensed Milk
  7. 100 gmGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel the carrot

  2. 2

    Grate the carrots

  3. 3

    Pressure cut them for 2 Whistles

  4. 4

    Transfer it to a kadhai add milk cook till the milk absorbs

  5. 5

    Add elachi powder khoya and condensed milk

  6. 6

    Add ghee fry it well and and garnish with dry fruits and khoya
