  • Pumpkin
  • Capsicum
  • Tomato
  • Carrot
  • Taco seasoning
  • French onion soup

Steps

  1. 1

    First cook the beef in a big deep frying pan and simmer in the french onion soup. chop all the other ingredients up. Put the pumpkin in first then everything else and simmer until cooked. optional sprinkle with cheese and Avocado side.
