Cooking Instructions

Peel yam and cut into cubes keep aside.

In a pot add Palm oil,Saute tomato paste with scotch bonnet, pepper flakes, onions, seasoning, spices,cray fish,add water n allow to boil..then pour the yam when it's about to soft, u add the smoked fish with the remaining pepper flakes.. when it's done the soup will be thick..then u add the ugu leaves..

Yam porridge is now ready..serve warm
