Dal Palak is a healthy, nutritious protein and iron rich recipe made from spinach and split yellow moong dal. What can be more better than a steaming hot bowl full of nutritious goodness of lentils, spinach, ginger garlic and mild spices with a plate of steaming hot rice during cold winter days. The dal should be just cooked to retain it's crunchiness but not mushy.
