Dry roast the flour until it changes the colour to golden brown brown. Take it out in a plate

In the same pan add some ghee and heat it.fry all the goondh and take it out as they turn light brown

Take out some goondh in a plate for garnishing and crush the other with the help of some bowl

Now in the same pan add the remaining ghee and heat it. Crush all the gud before hand and add it into the garam ghee and let it melt on slow flame. Keep mixing while checking no lumps remaining on skow flame.Add milk and mix

Add the roasted aata in steps.By mixing it properly on medium flame

Now add half crushed and dry fruits of ur choice

Take out the mixture into big platter garnish it with goondh, pistachios and Almonds and coconut. Let it cool for 6 to 8 hours. Make marks after 2 hours that will help u taking it out afterwards
