Ingredients

  1. Carrots 1 kilo
  2. 1.5 litreMilk
  3. 1 cupoil
  4. Sugar 1 full cup
  5. Cardamon5 to6
  6. 2 tbspKewra Water
  7. Khoya

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Wash carrots and peel them

    Then grate them

    In a wok put grated carrots,milk and cardamon and oil and cook on slow flame

    Keep stirring so it will not burn

    When milk started to get dry add sugar and keep stirring

    When halwa leaves oil then switch off the flame

  7. 7

    Let it cool and add kewra water to it

    Spread khya over it and garnish it with boiled eggs
