2 cupvegetable stock
2 tbspchopped garlic
2 tbspchopped ginger
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1 tspcorn flour
1 tspcoriander
To tasteSalt

Heat a pan add oil,Saute garlic, ginger and some more veggies if you wish. Then pour the vegetable stock and simmer.

Now add corn flour, soya sauce and simmer another 5 minutes.serve hot.
