Ingredients

30 minutes
2 to 4 people
  1. 1 cupsoaked chanadal
  2. 1/2 cupsoaked moong dal
  3. 1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves (methi)
  4. 1 cup chopped fresh coriander
  5. 2green chilli chopped
  6. 1 inchginger pieces chopped
  7. To tasteSalt according
  8. 1/2 tbsred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tbschaat masala powder
  10. To tasteOil for frying
  11. 1/2 tbspajwain / carom seeds

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and soak dal about 30 minutes

    Make paste of both dal

  3. 3

    Remove paste in a bowl now and fenugreek leave, green chilli, ginger, fresh coriander and all spices properly

    Make small ball of it and deep fry in hot oil at medium flame from both sides

  5. 5

    Remove it on paper towel

    Serve with coriander chutney as snacks

    Kalmi vada is ready for serve you can enjoy it any time
