Take a kneading plate. Add flour, salt and put little little water and knead soft dough.

Make equal parts of the dough and make balls. now take rolling surface. Roll the ball in dry flour and place on flat surface. Flatten the Rotla with Ur hand.

Take iron griddle on medium flame. Let it get hot. Shift the flatten Rotla on the hot griddle with the help of Ur hand. Take care while lifting the flatten Rotla as the dough is soft and smooth the Rotla can break.

See Rotla get half cooked. Turn to the another side and get half cooked. Then with the help of tongs take Rotla on direct flame. And roast both the side.

Put on the roti cloth. Make all Rotlas and apply ghee on it. Serve with yummy desi subjis, Garlic Chutney, salad, pickle and enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy...
