Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 bowlfinely chopped veggies (cabbage, carrots, beans)
  2. 1 spoonchopped ginger and garlic
  3. 2sppon cornflour (dissolved in water)
  4. 1 spoonschzwaan sauce
  5. 1 spoontomato sauce
  6. 1 spoonsoya sauce
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 1/4 spoonblack pepper powder
  9. 3 cupwater or as per required
  10. 1 spoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add ginger - garlic and chopped veggies saute for 2-3 minutes.

  2. 2

    Now add salt, black pepper, soya sauce, tomato sauce and sezwaan sauce, mix well.

  3. 3

    Then add water and let it boil for 7-8 minutes on low midium heat.

  4. 4

    Now add dissolved cornflour and mix well another cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Turn off the flame and serve hot. You can add fried noodles.
