Steps

Take a mixing bowl add rice flour, wheat flour,salt and hot water.Mix it well with spoon. Leave for 5 minutes. Now knead them properly.

Add 1tsp oil and again knead them to make soft dough. keep aside for 10 minutes.

Take a small portion from the dough.Roll it into round shape.Roll out the dough ball with the help of rolling pin.Make a roti with light hand

Preheat a tawa.Place the raw roti over it on medium low flame. Add few drops of water over roti and spread evenly.Wait for a few seconds water will dry.Turn the roti.press with a cotton cloth to make the roti puff-up.Cook on both sides till a few golden brown spots appears.Roti is ready to serve with Urad ki pakodi kadhi and Aloo soya ki sabji.
