Wash&soak the chhole.

Take a grienderjar add chhole salt &1 Cinnamon stick,1 bay leaf,cover it.Cooked till the chhole becomes soft.

Half of the chhole mashed.

Heat a pan add boiled chhole,mashed chhole &2-3cup water.Boiles 5 Mints.Off the flame.

Now add chopped onion,tomato,corrienderleaves,pepper powder,black salt&lemon juice.

Herve it hot hot.
