Take oil saute vegetables and keep aside

In the same oil add onions and cook till changes colour,add tomatoes with ginger garlic and cashews cook for 2 minutes once cools grind them into fine paste

Now take oil add bay leaf and red chillies with grounded paste and red chilli powder, Turmeric and garam masala powder mix and cook till oil releases

Add water and salt and mix well,now add sauted veggies and cook on medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes

Spicy kolhapuri is ready
