Methi thepla, a spicy bread made from fresh fenugreek leaves, whole wheat flour and gram flour (besan).
Steps

Chop fenugreek leaves finely.

Wash and strain.

In a big bowl take whole wheat flour.

Add gram flour.
- 5
Add all the spices.
- 6
Add chopped fenugreek leaves.

Add oil.

Mix well.

Add water or curd.

Mix again and knead into a soft dough.

Make medium sized balls from the dough.

Roll the thepla from rollin pin.

On a hot tawa place the thepla.

Flip when one side is partly cooked.

Spread oil on this side.

Flip the thepla again and cook till the methi thepla is cooked evenly.

Serve methi thepla with mango pickle.
