Carrot soup in pressure cooker
Steps

Get all your veggies ready.. chopped and diced

Heat up a pressure cooker and add the olive oil.

Saute ginger and onion along with garlic for 2 mins.

Then add diced carrots and saute again.

Add salt, pepper, paprika and cumin powder. Mix well
- 6
Then add water. Bring it to a boil and close the lid.

Cook upto 2 whistles. And turn the gas off.

Once a bit cooled, open the lid and using a blender blend this cooked mixture into a puree.

Strain if needed or just serve as such... a bit warm and..garnished with parsley. Enjoy !!!
