Slice onions, potatoes, curry leaves

Slice spinach

Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Pour oil, once the oil heats add mustard and cumin seeds. When it starts crackle add onions, curry leaves roast it on a medium flame, add ginger garlic paste. Mix it well. Add salt and turmeric. Once the onions getting brown add potatoes,mix it and close it with a lid. Keep the stove in low flame. Open the lid in between, mix it and close it. Once the potatoes half cooked add spinach, mix it, add chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, cook properly.

At the end add coriander leaves and take it into a bowl and serve hot with rice /chapathi /roti.
