Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  1. 100 gramsfenugreek leaves
  2. 200 gramsgram flour
  3. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tablespooncoriander seeds
  6. 1/2 tablespooncumin seeds
  7. 1/2 tspasafoedita
  8. 1 pinchbaking soda
  9. to tasteSalt

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and chopped fenugreek leaves.

  2. 2

    Add gram flour and all ingredients together.

    Add water and make semi thin paste.

    Heat oil in a wok. And fry the bhaiya until it gets golden brown.
