This is a bit different from my other Cin Cin recipes(Butter Cin Cin and Milky Chin Chin). The mix flavorings from the spices i used makes it unique.

This is a bit different from my other Cin Cin recipes(Butter Cin Cin and Milky Chin Chin). The mix flavorings from the spices i used makes it unique.
Steps

Measure your flour in a bowl.

Add sugar, salt, baking powder and the spices listed above.

Mix well,add egg and butter.
- 4
Add water, knead to form a dough, it will be a bit sticky then you add little flour.

Cover and let it rest for 5mints.

Scoop, mold then cut in to medium cubes.

Fry in hot oil.
