Steps

Wash and chop the greens.

Add them to the pressure cooker.

Add salt.

Add tomatoes and red chilli powder.

Pressure cook for 5-6 whistles on high heat.

Chop onions and garlic.

Heat oil in a skillet.

Add chopped onions, garlic and chillies.

Transfer saag to skillet on stove top.

Add corn flour to the saag and mix.

Set heat to low and let the greens simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

Cook till saag will dry.

Put tadka of chopped onions and garlic.

Transfer in serving bowl and serve with makki roti or normal chapati, gud and achaar.
