Ingredients

  1. 250 gmboneless chicken cubes
  2. 3 cupsrice
  3. 1 cupoil
  4. 1/2cabbage
  5. 1capsicum
  6. 1carrot
  7. 1/2 cupsoya sauce
  8. 1 tbspchinese salt
  9. 3 tbspblack pepper
  10. 1 tbspginer garlic paste
  11. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    First take oil then add chicken and ginger garlic paste then fry for almost 5 min

  2. 2

    Then add all veggies

  3. 3

    Then add all spices and sauces and let it cook for until chicken tenders

  4. 4

    At last add rice your chinese pulao is ready
