Ingredients

25 minutes
For 3 person's
  • 1 cupsoaked sabudana
  • 1 spoonOil
  • 1/2 spooncumin seeds
  • 1 spoongrated ginger
  • 1finely chopped green chilli
  • 2Tomato paste
  • 2 spoonsgreen coriander
  • to tasteSalt according
  • 1/4 spoonblack pepper

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    In a cooker, heat the oil, add cumin seeds, ginger and green chilli, saute it then add tomato paste, salt and some green coriander

    Then add sabudana and 2 cups of water and cook it till 2 whistles.

    Sprinkle black pepper, garnish the green coriander and serve hot.
