Paste: In a bowl mix ghee, oil and cornflour, keep aside.

Bind soft dough using all dough ingredients with warm water.

Make seven to eight balls then roll each and apply paste on it, fold as Japanese paper fan (that's flip flap)

Then swirl it round to make a ball, flatten the ball slightly.
- 5
Roll into paratha and roast on tava when on both sides brown spots seen apply ghee mixed with oil and brown it up.
