First of all take a small portion from dough. And roll in a round shape. And Sprinkle dry ingredient on the paratha. Then after put onion and coriander on it.

Then roll paratha in layer as shown in photo. After folding paratha round it and press. After pressing the paratha, roll it in a round shape. Now put the finely chopped tomatoes on rolled paratha and press it.

Now take a pan and put some oil on it. Fry the paratha until it get crispy from both the side.

After cooking paratha lightly Crush so that it loses it's layer. This paratha is good for digestion. This paratha gets ready with homemade available ingredients. You can serve this paratha with curry as well.
