First take pan boil water and add noodles,Boil noodles till done but not v soft,sieve it and add 1 tablespoon oil and keep it aside.

Put oil in a pan and add sliced onions then stir it for sometime then add sliced Garlic and then all sliced veggies,stir it properly n add salt n pepper powder and chilly sauce(sambhal)then add boiled noodles and sweet sauce and add spring onions and serve it.

Sambhal:put oil in pan and add onions cut into big pieces and add tomatoes,garlic n Red whole chillies,all cut into big pieces,add sum salt n sugar and stir it nicely till tomato water dries,then keep it aside for sometime.once cold then blend all together.
