First of all peel and cut the ghiya/Dudhi..

Heat oil in pressure cooker add cumin seeds once crackels add asefetida, ginger chilli paste saute it for 8-10 second.. Add chopped onion once transparent add chopped tomatoes saute till oil is separated.. Now add ghiya and mix it..

Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, corriander powder and mix well..

Now add water(can add more or less as u want the gravy's consistency).. Give one whistle.. add amchur powder and corriander leaves for garnishing..

Ghiya sabji is ready to serve.. Enjoy it with chapattis..
