Ingredients

6 servings
  • 500 gBeef mince
  • 1onion, finely chopped
  • 1beef stock cube, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoonstomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoonsb.b.q sauce
  • 2 teaspoonsgarlic paste
  • 1/4 cupflour
  • 2eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoonssweet basil
  • 2 teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
  • Canola oil or olive oil
  • 6hamburger buns

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together well. If mix is to wet add a little more flour or some breadcrumbs

  2. 2

    Shape into hamburger patties and cook over medium heat in pan with oil.

  3. 3

    Drain on paper towels before placing into buns with filling of choice. Drizzle Olive oil over patties
