Sock and wash soya chunks

Boil and squeze the soya chunks

Combine Oats Flour, Corn Flour, Beetroot Ginger Garlic Paste (homemade), Salt, Pepper, Red Chilli Powder and Soy Sauce in a bowl.

Add water to make a smooth & pakoda like paste. Then dip leftover Idlies and squezed Soya chunks

Mix well

Heat oil in a kadai and gently drop idlies and soya chunks in the oil. And fry till they turn crispy and golden brown.

For making manchurian sauce....
Heat oil in a kadai..
add green onion white, beetroot ginger and garlic(homemade) paste and fry for a minute. - 8
Add corn, red yellow, capsicum and fry for a few seconds.

Add soya sauce and chilli sauce and mix..

Add tomato ketchup and vinegar, salt and pepper and mix well.

Mix cornflour in water and add in the pan.

Cook until the sauce thickens.

Add the fried idlis and soya balls in the sauce and cook for a minute.

Garnish with spring onion and green leaf And serve hot.
