Heat ghee in kadai for a minute add besan and roast till golden brown,you will smell the aroma.(ख़ुशबू आने लगेगी)You need to stir frequently.

Total cooking time minimum is 30 minutes.

Once it cools add powder sugar and cardamom powder. In winter it will cool in half an hour. In summer it will take more time. Don’t add sugar when it’s hot.

After mixing sugar take silicone chocolate mould, fill it with cooked besan barfi mixture.

Keep in freezer for 15 minutes

Remove from the freezer and take out. Store in airtight container

Now your besan barfi is ready to go in your and your loved ones mouth
