Steps

First of all cut the tomato into small piece nicely.Take a wok put the butter into it put the ginger into the butter before melting it. Make the butter hot and fry ginger with it.After melting it put the tomato into the butter make it fry for 4-5 minutes.

Add 1 full of spoon salt in it and keep it fry now add sugar into the tomatoes.After 5 min add 300 litre water in it make it hot. When it becomes boil completely strain the mixture and strain out the pulp also and dont add waste peel or seeds of tomato into it boil again the soup If you want thick serve it hot.

Add coriander,milk cream and lemon juice.
