Heat a pan add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chilli, and black pepper and dry roast for few minutes in slow flame

Now switch off the gas and let it cool for few minutes

After that take a grinding jar and grinding all masala and make a fine powder
- 4
Now wash fish properly and add all masala powder which we prepared then add turmeric powder, salt,kasmir red chilli powder, oil, lemon juice in fish and marinate well

Now keep aside for 1/2 an hour that all masala well coated with fish
- 6
After 1/2 an hour heat a wide pan add oil and shallow fry both the sides in slow medium flame till well cook, occasionally cover a lid

Serve hot with onion slices and rice
