Preheat oven to 180C for 10 minutes.Sieve all dry ingredients.Mix milk and vinegar and keep aside for 10 minutes to curdle.Can use buttermilk and skip this step.

Mix oil, sugar, vanilla essence, curd until well combined.Now add the dry ingredients in two batches.Add the buttermilk And mix until well combined.Grease a round pan and pour the batter in it.

Bake for 40 minutes.After the baking is done cool the cake completely.Cut into two equal parts.

Whip the cream with vanilla and icing sugar until stiff peaks form.Pour some sugar syrup on one part and then pour some whipped cream ti make a layer.

Now place the second layer in it.Again pour some sugar syrup on it.After that cover the whole cake with whipped cream.

Cover the sides of the cake with chocolate shaving.Make design in cake according to your choice.Place jems on top.cake is ready.
