In a saucepan boil milk

When it starts boiling add paneer and keep stiring

After a while add khoya and keep stiring

When it starts thickens a little add sugar and cardamom powder

Take a bowl take 1tbsp hot milk and dissolve cocoa powder

When the Mixture becomes little solid then divide into two equal parts

In a greased dish add one half to it pressing gently

Add cocoa mixture to other half cook it for few minutes and add on the first part gently pressing it garnish with pista and cardamom powder

When it cools cut into pieces
