Ingredients

  • Mix veggies of your choice
  • I took cucumber, peas,reddish leaves,beans,and cauliflower
  • Usual spices we use in daily handi
  • 2 Onion
  • 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
  • one cup,oil
  • 2Tomatoes
  • 2 to 3green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut vegetables desired shape and saute onion add ginger garlic paste fry well now add all all spices along with veggies

  2. 2

    Make tomatoes puree and add cook for only 10 min dont add water,cook on slow flame crunchy tasty vegetables ready enjoy
