Ingredients

  1. Mix veggies of your choice
  2. I took cucumber, peas,reddish leaves,beans,and cauliflower
  3. Usual spices we use in daily handi
  4. 2 Onion
  5. 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
  6. one cup,oil
  7. 2Tomatoes
  8. 2 to 3green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut vegetables desired shape and saute onion add ginger garlic paste fry well now add all all spices along with veggies

  2. 2

    Make tomatoes puree and add cook for only 10 min dont add water,cook on slow flame crunchy tasty vegetables ready enjoy
