Wash sarson saag,spinach,fenugreek leaves, goosefoot properly and cut them all

In pot add water sarson saag,spinach, fenugreek leaves, goosefoot,ginger garlic paste, green chilli chopped, salt mix well and bring it to boil

Cover and cook on low flame cook for 2-3 hours

After cooking blend the whole mixture with hand blender add rice flour,stir well and cook until saag thickens,saag aside

For tarka,in frying pan heat oil add onion ginger garlic paste saute until light brown

Now add chopped tomatoes chopped green chilli and salt cook for 15 minutes

Now add saag

Delicious sarson saag is ready to serve with chawal ki roti😍😋
