Ingredients

  • 1 kgsarson ka saag (Fresh mustard leaves)
  • 1 bunchpalak (spinach)
  • 1 bunchbathoo Goosefoot
  • 1small bunch methi (fenugreek leaves)
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 12green chilli chopped
  • 1+1/2 tbsp salt
  • 5 tbsprice flour
  • Tarka ingredients
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1large size onion chopped
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 8green chilli chopped
  • 1 tbspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash sarson saag,spinach,fenugreek leaves, goosefoot properly and cut them all

  2. 2

    In pot add water sarson saag,spinach, fenugreek leaves, goosefoot,ginger garlic paste, green chilli chopped, salt mix well and bring it to boil

  3. 3

    Cover and cook on low flame cook for 2-3 hours

  4. 4

    After cooking blend the whole mixture with hand blender add rice flour,stir well and cook until saag thickens,saag aside

  5. 5

    For tarka,in frying pan heat oil add onion ginger garlic paste saute until light brown

  6. 6

    Now add chopped tomatoes chopped green chilli and salt cook for 15 minutes

  7. 7

    Now add saag

  8. 8

    Delicious sarson saag is ready to serve with chawal ki roti😍😋
