Ingredients

  1. 500 gmQeema (mince)
  2. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  3. 1/2 cupOil
  4. 1 cupOnion chopped
  5. 1 cupTomato chopped
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  8. 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  9. 1 tbspCumin roasted and crushed
  10. 1 tbspCoriander roasted and crushed
  11. 2 tbspYougurt
  12. 1 tbspKasuri methi
  13. 6Green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    First chopped onion and tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Heat oil add chopped onion and fry them until translucent add mince and cook for about 1 min.

  3. 3

    Now add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and bhunify the tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Add salt, red chilli flakes, cumin and coriander roasted and crushed, Black pepper powder and bhunify it well.

  5. 5

    Add yougurt and mix it well.

  6. 6

    Add some water to cook well.

  7. 7

    Add some green chillies and kasuri methi in last.
