Grind matar

Grind tomato with ginger and green chilli

Add 1&1/2 spoon of ghee in cooker fry vadi,crackle heeng and jeera

Add red chilli powder pour 1/4cup of water add turmeric & coriander powder stir until ghee leave the corner

Add tomatoes cook 2mnts in simmer flame

Add grind matar cook 1mnts add salt garam masala

Add 1&1/2glass Water give them 2pressure & gas turn slow flame for 10 mnts

Before serving heat 1/2tsp of ghee crackle jeera & chopped garlic &pour on nimona &serve with rice..
